The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

She weighs just 2,7 tons, but has a mighty lot to offer, in the small – even the tiniest – of ways. Her haven is in the pastoral Münsterland, on the campsite "Brockmühle" on the edge of Maria Veen. One dog is very welcome! We also live in the house with our dog Maylo. With us you can spend a nice and undisturbed time and make full use of the entire apartment.

Olli Koch Vacation Home The "Olli Koch" apartment is located in the attic of our house. You can make yourself comfortable on over 65 m². The modern, open kitchen-living area invites you to cook. For cozy evenings on the sofa in the living area there is an HD+ TV and a DVD player. A Nintendo Wii Fit console ensures active game evenings. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and can accommodate two people.

Enjoy the tranquility of our stylish B&B. Within a few minutes, you are in the heart of downtown Enschede. Ideal for exploring the city and surrounding area on foot or by bike. A garage is available to safely store any (electric) bicycles. Optionally, a breakfast basket can be ordered (€25 euros), which we then prepare for you to prepare and use at a time of your choice. Towels/kitchen towels are provided.
