A place to write, work, or simply relax and unwind. At the same time, you are surprisingly centrally located: within 7 minutes you can walk to the bus stop, from where you can be at Strijp-S in 5 minutes and in the center or at Eindhoven Airport in 10 minutes. There are also bicycles available to explore the area.

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Shower, toilet, sink, electric hob for 1 pan, coffee/tea facilities, microwave, small oven. Heating & air conditioning. Registration with the municipality is not possible.

Huisje op 't Ven

Enjoy the tranquility of Brabant at Huisje op 't Ven. The cottage is located in the outskirts of Heeze-Leende, from where you can discover various nature reserves. For example, the Groote Heide nature reserve, the Strabrechtse Heide and the Herbertusbossen with Heeze Castle are within walking and cycling distance. The cottage itself was newly built in 2021 and equipped with every comfort. There is a separate entrance to the cottage. There is plenty of room for parking.

't Achterommetje

't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.
