Geniet van de rust en prachtige natuur van Westerwolde in dit pas gerenoveerde appartement. Vanuit deze uitvalsbasis, die van alle gemakken is voorzien en een eigen opgang heeft, stapt u bij het naar buiten gaan direct de natuur in. Met meer dan 100 kilometer aan wandelroutes en talloze karakteristieke dorpjes, waaronder het oude Bourtange, is er altijd wat nieuws te ontdekken. Du bist Gast einer jungen Familie, hast jedoch deine ganz eigene Wohnung! Heede ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten - von Radtouren an der Ems über tolle Restaurants im Ort oder eine Runde Wasserski an unserem großen See...es ist bestimmt etwas passendes dabei! Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen angegeben, allerdings lässt sich die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausziehen sodass ohne Probleme noch ein oder zwei Kinder mitreisen können! Wir freuen uns, dein Gastgeber sein zu dürfen!

Lovely house with huge garden in quiet area + WIFI

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Natur hautnah - Ferienwohnung von der Linde

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung.

Op een unieke locatie nabij het centrum van Emmen bevindt zich appartement “De Uil". Het luxe appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, het is ruim en licht. U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. Schön ruhig gelegen. Herrlicher Blick auf die unberührte Natur, Streuobstwiese. Da kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. In der Nähe ist das Gut Altenkamp mit diversen Ausstellungen und Konzerten. Obwohl sich das Apartment in meinem Haus befindet, habt Ihr einen eigenen Eingangsbereich .

„Ferienwohnung Anni“ am Kanal mit Wallbox

Moin! Willkommen in Papenburg, dem Venedig Deutschlands. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Anni“ befindet sich im Papenburger Ortsteil Obenende, direkt am Kanal gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Services sind im Umkreis von 1,5km gut erreichbar. Die ca. 50qm große Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2022 errichtet und ist somit technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Fußbodenheizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage).

Unser Haus steht in dem kleinen Dorf Nenndorf, einem Ortsteil von Papenburg. Im nördlichen Emsland in direkter Nachbarschaft an Ostfriesland und ca. 50 km von der Nordsee entfernt. Es zeichnet sich aus durch seine ländliche Lage, fernab von Touristenmassen. Direkt am Haus sind 2 PKW Abstellplätze vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine Wallbox zum Aufladen von E- Autos. Für die kleinen Gäste steht im Garten ein großes Trampolin, eine Schaukel und eine Rutsche zur Verfügung.

Spa en Wellness Thermen Bad Nieuweschans ligt op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van het appartement De binnenstad van Groningen is 30 minuten rijden. De Duitse grens is op 400 meter van het appartement.
