Hytta har to vedovner og masse ved. Gassovn, parafinlamper, gasskomfyr, rent sengetøy, utedusj og utedo. Her kan dere være helt alene. Bare skogens sus er å høre. Huset ligger i et rolig område, med kort veg til turområder. Om vinteren er skiløypene 100 meter fra huset. Det er kort veg til buss og 15 minutter å gå til sentrum. Huset har en stor veranda, med fantastisk utsikt over Lillehammer. Egen garasje. Huset har senger til 4 personer, men har madrasser til 2 ekstra personer. Huset har to etasjer, med 3 soverom i 1. etasje og do og bad. I 2. etasje er kjøkken, stue og spiseplass. Det er hybel inntil huset, men den har egen inngang.
