The King's Cottages are featured in National Geographic's Special Edition Lakes & Mountains. You'll love this unique and romantic place. The cabin has a full bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with fridge, freezer and hob. Outdoors you have your private royal sauna. If you are more than two guests, you will have access to the small guest cabin next door. Then you have two bedrooms and share a bathroom/kitchen in the Konglehytta itself. The guest cabin has a fridge, coffee maker and some equipment.

In the living room, the sofa can be folded into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob and combi oven. There is no inlet water, but it is well-suited for those who want to take a little shower after a ski trip. In the bathroom there is also an infrared sauna that is quick to warm up.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with beautiful views. The site is located on the hiking trail/cross-country ski trail. Smoking is not permitted. The hut is located off the main road. In the village, there is a hotel with dinner and a ski rental with a small kiosk/café during the ski season from Christmas to Easter. Outside the season, it is very quiet in the village. Bus stop towards Lillehammer is 500 meters away. Driving time to the city is 25 minutes.
