La Fenière is in Drôme des Collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical and the places are soothing.

A shared salt-water pool is framed by sun loungers arranged on a deck. Lush green grass surrounds the pool area, complemented by flowering plants and manicured bushes. The serene landscape is accentuated by a backdrop of stone buildings and mature trees.

Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
