The barrier-free apartment "Nostalgic" convinces you with its extraordinary vintage flair. An elevator will take you to the apartment door. In the spacious living-dining area you will find a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining table with comfortable chairs and a TV corner with two sofas. A sunny terrace adjoins the dining area. In two bedrooms there are wide and high box spring beds. The apartment has underfloor heating and a ventilation system.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.
