Ich bin gelernter Architekt und gebe alles, damit Du das meiner Wohnung auch ansiehst. Ich brauche nicht viel Zeug, dafür aber Schönes. Der Stadtteil Moritzberg ist sehr ruhig, hier kannst Du auch bei offenem Fenster ohne Verkehrslärm einschlummern. Dennoch bist Du hier gut angebunden, hast alle wichtigen Läden in 5 Gehminuten Umkreis. 5-12 Minuten sind es per Bus zum Hauptbahnhof. Frühstück mit Kaffee und frischem Obst gibt's in meiner offenen Wohnküche, Abends dann Sonne auf dem Balkon :-)
