Charming one bedroom cottage

Our one bedroom cottage is located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. It has a very spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen and separate double bedroom with a new modern ensuite shower-room. There are 2 large sofas a large tv comfortable bed and fluffy towels. There is so much to do in the local area, I can go through it all with you . A perfect place to relax and unwind. Monday - Friday stays welcome and contractor accommodation also. Any long term needs do get in touch X

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

The living area features high wooden beams and a large window allowing natural light. A comfortable sofa is placed alongside classic armchairs. A kitchen area with cabinetry is visible, complemented by a decorative lamp and houseplants. Soft textures enhance the cozy environment.

Many public footpaths close by and local shops are only a 10 minute stroll away. Gastro pubs, restaurants and independent shops within easy walking distance. A short drive from M25 (J11). Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway. Listening to the beauty of the dawn chorus, whilst enjoying the views laid before us. Your woodland hideaway is just the place to fill the visitor's heart with grace." (A guest's poem)

This cosy cottage is situated in Windlesham, a pretty village in the Surrey Heath borough. Situated between Chobham Common and Swinley Forest, it is on the doorstep to some fantastic country walking and cycling routes; not to mention the famous golf courses in the area. Ideal location to visit Legoland, Thorpe Park, Ascot racing and Windsor castle. Heathrow Airport is only 15 miles away. Windlesham is known for the Boxing Day pram race and also a location to amazing gastro pubs.
