Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. No pets or service animals allowed.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
