It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Gelegen in het centrum van Groet met meerdere restaurants, supermarkt en fietsverhuur op loopafstand. Op 2 minuten loopafstand bevind u zich in de duinen en door een fietstochtje van 10 minuten bevindt u zich op het strand.
