Maryhill Farm a bucolic get away in the Finger Lakes, 15 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca, Cortland and 1/2 mile from Dryden's Rail Trail. The farm is 225 acres of rolling hills, organic fields and magnificent gardens. Your stay will be in an entirely separate 1,800 square foot, contemporary, mid century addition to the original farmhouse with new kitchen and entry porch. The restored 200 year old barn now has new bathrooms and summer kitchen. Dahlia and Zinnia gardens surround house and barn.

Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), roast some marshmallows over the fire, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (100+ MBPS).

The Barn is a newly renovated upstairs apartment located on a horse farm. There are pastoral views and you can see the horses from your window. The apartment is on 45 acres with a pond and beautiful nature walks. The property is 9 miles/15 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. We back up to Shindagin Hollow with 20 miles of trail for mountain biking, hiking , birding or snowshoeing. We are located in the Finger Lakes with wineries and breweries galore.

A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

There is high speed internet, washer and dryer. A perfect place for a longer stay or for visitors to rest up after a busy day exploring the area.
