Welcome to our Catskills Cabin Nature Oasis, where you'll enjoy an old-fashioned Catskills stay in comfort and privacy in the heart of Balsam Lake Mountain, surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty, right near the quaint village of Margaretville. SECONDS from hiking trails, and MINUTES from skiing, canoeing, kayaking, and Village shops and eateries, our cozy cabin is equipped with a dynamic kitchen, wood stove, wrap around deck, screened-in porch, grill, fire pit, heat/AC, Smart TV, & more!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Groovy Chalet: Cool Mid-Century Mountain Digs!

Now entering our 8th season, the Groovy Chalet is a 750 SqFt mountain pad with a private deck, driveway, and entrance. Our great proximity to hiking trails and skiing was mentioned in Travel and Leisure's "Best Small Towns in the Catskills" feature in 2022. This groovy unit is located between Belleayre and Plattekill mountains and is close to cool towns like Andes, Flesichmans, Pine Hill and Roxbury. Well behaved and housebroken pets are welcome for a $50 fee. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE.

This spacious studio with private exterior stair access in a unique Brick House built in 1965 - the original "Guest House" on a spectacular estate - welcomes guests with breathtaking beauty & magnificent views. Luxurious amenities await in your perfect Hideaway: king size bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, fireplace, & more!

Modern Catskills Tiny House Near Hiking Trails

A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 200 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets .

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show.
