A newly furnished kitchen with all kinds of amenities and adjoining the sitting area with TV and WiFi. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

This offer on AirBnB concerns the rent as a HOLIDAY HOME. Our accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and is located in the former barn. After it was destroyed by fire, we made the accident a positive turn through the construction of a B&B. Fortunately, the trees that stood around it have been spared the fire. These trees are our inspiration. Do you like people, music, nature, coziness and good food, hiking or cycling? It can be done in the Brabantse Kempen!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
