This home is two apartments that can be rented at the same time. The large part of the home contains two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom, kitchen, kitchen, living room and dining area. In the other part of the house, there is a large loft with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed. There is also a large bathroom and kitchen.

The house is “green” as it is 100% self-sufficient with energy from the house's windmill and solar cells. Garden, terrace with barbecue, garage for bikes/boards and there is a chest freezer. Furnished with entrance hall, angular living room, kitchen with dining area, office with workspace, bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bed in the stairwell.

The home is well decorated with dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen family room, and two good bedrooms with closet space. The grounds are located within walking distance to the city's cozy hosts, the Merchant, and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. NOTE! Bed linen, sheets and towels are to be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house is painted black on the outside after photos are taken)

Internet, a washing machine and a cozy wood-burning stove are also available.

Energiekosten sind inklusive - anders als bei vielen dänischen Agenturen. Bettbezüge / Handtücher sind selbst mitzubringen. Baujahr 1777, modernisiert und Dachgeschoss ausgebaut ´23 - wir lieben es. Das Haus kann altenativ zusammen mit dem separaten Nebengebäude für bis zu 8 Gäste gebucht werden über die Anzeige "Petrines Hus 2".

Lovely apartment with fantastic views of the Limfjord to Aggersborg. Bedroom with 3/4 bed, large living room with two good beds and large sofa bed for two. In Løgstør's center and all the way out to Limfjorden is our old fishing house, where we rent out the 1st floor. There is a private entrance, private bathroom with a washer and dryer and kitchen with dining area. We can't offer breakfast, but there is a bakery with a cafe and grocery store within a four-minute walk.
