Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

Set in a rural and quiet setting, the Pic Vert is equipped to appeal to everyone: a cabin bed for children and electric bikes to go for a walk along the Ravel or through fields. A comfortable cottage composed of a fully equipped kitchen, cocoon living room, bathroom and bedroom double bed and cabin bed (child).

You are staying in a new apartment on the first floor of our house. The front door (little used by us) and the hall are common. The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed (160cm), a living room with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower in bath and separate toilet. A baby bed, high baby chair, 2 trip stair chairs and a lounger table are provided.
