In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

The beach is shallow and sandy, water is extremely clear. The house has two spacious bedrooms, a livingroom-kitchen, a large utility room, shower, sauna and separate WC. The living room offers a fabulous view to the lake. The house is surrounded by a large terrace. In the yard is an outdoor sauna and a campfire.

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating.
