Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

This small but nice separate apartment offers everything you need. A living room with a large bed, TV, closet, couch, workstation, Wi-Fi connection, etc. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Of course, you will get fresh towels for the bathroom whenever you ask. Washing machine is available in bathroom. Dryer and drying rooms can be used. In addition, our large garden invites you to relax or barbecue and your own parking space is at your disposal.

Das Easy go in "Chill-Inn" ist ein ca. 20m² großes Appartment in gehobener und moderner Ausstattung in Kelsterbach. Der Bahnhof, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schwimmbad und Sauna sind fussläufig in nur fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Der Rhein-Main-Airport ist etwa 4 Km entfernt und lässt sich mit dem Auto oder Bahn in fünf Minuten erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn.

With one step you are in the middle of the old town of Seligenstadt, a southern Hessian pearl not yet known to everyone. On two floors we offer space for up to six people, a large living / dining area, terrace and balcony and storage for your bicycles.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator) . It is largely accessible (no stairs), except for the stairs to the balcony. The bed is 180 cm *200 cm. Linen and towels are included in the price. A train station is right next door. It is still very quiet. Nearby (5 minutes walk) is a mall with various shops, cleaning, laundromat, bakery and restaurants. The center is 5 minutes away. The living space is 72 m2 .

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Quiet house in the middle of the forest and yet not far to the outside world. If you want to explore the hiking trails in the Spessart on foot or by bike, this is the place to be. Or would like to spend a bottle of wine by the fireplace.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
