Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

No pet policy community, enjoy an unobstructed ocean view from living room, large deck with beautiful view of ocean, boardwalk and sunrise. Condo on the third floor sleeps 4 people, luxurious 1 bedroom and comfortable sleeper sofa in living room, full furnished kitchen, 2 beach chair included. 2 TV included with cable and wireless internet , 1 designated parking spot and access to condo by elevator.

Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.
