A light, Victorian home with south facing garden, sleeping 4 adults and 3/4 children, few mins walk along canal to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Toys and bikes free to use.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. Enjoy views over Chichester Harbour, to the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral, the South Downs etc. Wittering Sands is on the lagoon facing Hayling Island Sailing Club, a 5 minute walk. Eastoke beach & Sandy Point Nature Reserve are very close. Sparkes Marina with bar & restaurant is a short stroll away.
