It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! A modern 1 bedroom flat within a 20-25min walk of the historic town centre of Winchester and the Winchester train station. Buses also run regularly in to town. The flat is separate from the main house and is light and modern. It has a king bed and fully fitted kitchen. Winchester is a beautiful city with lots of historic sites to explore, including the Cathedral and Great Hall, there are also beautiful walks through the countryside and the well known Christmas Market from late November.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood.
