Here, the sun can be enjoyed from noon to sunset.🌅 To the east, there is a small terrace where morning coffee can be enjoyed☕️ The area is ideal for walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside, where you often see deer, hares, pheasants and squirrels🦌🐿️

House with spa, lovely garden and only 7 km to the beach.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

The house's focal point and heart room are the large bright kitchen-living room and living room with an amazing amount of light. The entire summerhouse reflects a simple and bright design that offers relaxation in the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has 3 good rooms, all with a double bed. In the garden there is a wooden terrace on both sides, so the sun can be enjoyed at all times of the day. Close to the summerhouse is the Lagunen, where there is a fishing lake, mini golf and much more. The cottage is near a super nice kid-friendly beach.

Cottage with views of nature

Lovely cottage located in a quiet area, and overlooking meadow, with very rich wildlife. 80 m2 terrace, with several dining areas and sun loungers. The living room is bright and nice, with lots of windows. The house also has a new kitchen with almost all the equipment. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer and refrigerator. However, there is NO freezer. Living room with large dining table and 6 chairs. Trip Trap high chair 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, and a baby/weekend bed.

Cozy townhouse in the middle of Aalborg, close to cafes, harbor environment and pedestrian streets, with the possibility of free parking. The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The ground floor consists of a kitchen/living room, where there is the possibility of extra bedding. I hope you have a great time in Aalborg.

Dette er det perfekte sommerhus til dig, som ønsker et afbræk i hverdagens stress og jag. Sommerhuset kan du besøge året rundt, da de unikke faciliteter som sauna, vildmarksbad og udendørsbruser med både koldt og varmt vand, giver dig mulighed for at komme helt ned i gear året rundt.
