"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Here's everything you need for a short or long stay. Perfect for students or business travelers. The apartment is located in a high, bright basement with a shared bathroom. Beautiful sun terrace. Within walking distance of most things. Easy to get to by public transport. 2 hours free parking - then paid parking.

The ceiling is low and the home appears very original - however, with common amenities such as heating, electric stove, refrigerator, TV (Chromecast) and shower, etc. Private and undisturbed, south-facing garden with gas grill and garden furniture. In front of the yard there is access to a large field/meadow area. Optimal for two people, but you can be 4. However, one bedroom is a walk-through room

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.
