Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. The penthouse in our house is about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district of Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and by the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.
