Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

Kitchen and dining area are in the studio. It is very close to CalTech, Huntington Library and Westfield Mall. Or simply stay in and enjoy the swimming pool, bbq, and basketball court! The waterfall slide and Jacuzzi are not standard features.
