There is a park and a lovely local pub 2 mins walk from the house. With four bedrooms, and a large lounge there’s plenty of space for families to spread out. Space for two cars to park. Sunday changeover day which helps beat the traffic.

Marazion, and the beach which stretches pretty much all the way to Penzance, is within easy walking distance of the house. Sorry, no smoking, no pets, no parties.
