Nybyggt minihus i vackra Gustavsvik, Nacka. Nära naturen och med promenadavstånd till flera badstränder. Restid till Stockholm C ca 45 min med buss eller 20 min med bil. Huset ligger på samma fastighet som hyresvärdens villa men avskild med egen tomt inkl. altan, gräsmatta samt egen infart med bilparkering. Huset är välutrustat med bl.a. golvvärme i alla rum, helkaklat badrum, rymligt kök med plats för gäster. Det finns 4 sovplatser med dubbelsäng och dubbelbäddsoffa. Gott om förvaringsutrymmen.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
