The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. A guest house with 4 beds in Saltsjöbaden. Dogs are welcome! Close to the sea, Baggensfjärden, and with a natural reserve behind the house. Yet it is only a 30 minutes train ride from central Stockholm or 20 min by car. If you take the train, it will be a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is a wonderful forest just behind the cabin with numerous trails for hiking. The sea is 2 minutes away with a little dock and cliffs from where you could swim

Forget about everyday worries in this modern spacious home close to nature and cooling baths from both beach and cliffs. Only 1.5 miles from central Stockholm. Close to Bagarsjön and Skurusundet and nice walks along the water. Good communication by bus in 5 min walking distance and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Private entrance to the lower floor (about 55 sqm) on family-parhouse and private patio with seating furniture.

We can even arrange extra bed in the living room. There are several swimming areas and natural areas nearby. Parking is available on the street. The bus to Stockholm city/slussen takes about 20 minutes.
