Newly built tiny house in beautiful Gustavsvik, Nacka. Close to nature and within walking distance to several beaches. Travel time to Stockholm C about 45 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by car. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but separate with its own plot incl. balcony, lawn and private entrance with car parking. The house is well-equipped with floor heating in all rooms, fully tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with space for guests. There are 4 beds with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Plenty of storage space.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
