Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The old Ferretti farm has become a cozy holiday home in the countryside with two independent apartments. The Lauro House, the largest, is a large space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. My house has recently been renovated. It is located in Valeggio sul Mincio in a quiet and green place. It is a studio for 4 people, independent and with private parking. It includes a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bidet. There is a kitchen equipped with espresso machine, induction stove, microwave, fridge and small freezer. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the hills near Lake Garda.
