Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Right in the city center and yet very quiet, is the apartment "Peppermint". The duplex apartment has its entrance on the 2nd floor, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, the open kitchen, a double bedroom and the living-dining area. A staircase leads to the large sleeping area in the very spacious attic. Here is a single bed and a bunk bed.

The apartment (53sqm) is located in the basement of our newly built house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedrooms with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a sofa with sleeping function in the living room.
