This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.
