Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached in 50 minutes by train, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also publicly accessible. In the village, there are a supermarket, Heurigen and restaurants. Please be aware that €2.50 per person per night is due at local tax.

The 50 m² accommodation offers a balcony facing the quiet courtyard. The stylish furnishings and independent check-in make your stay particularly pleasant. The studio is ideal for 2 people, but a high-quality sofa bed (2 m x 1.4 m) also offers space for up to 4 guests.
