Welcome to Paradise w/ POOL. Kid friendly. A few main things to note: 1) we live upstairs and you will hear our kids footsteps. (7-8am). No complaints about voices. 2) our pool is Not heated. 3) we have 60lb friendly female golden retriever Enjoy sound side beach access RIGHT across the street! Best sunsets on the beach!
