My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near City Hall, 300m from the port and 500m from the train station, everything is within walking distance. The town of Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Pyla Dune are a 15-minute drive. My wood-covered house opens onto the street leading to the harbour with a private terrace of 12m2. It consists of a living room of 25m2 including a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11m2 with private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet)
