100 meters from the oyster port, WELCÔM IS a CHIC and INTIMATE PLACE composed of 5 charming accommodations, all dedicated to renting for travellers in an old renovated building. 2 large houses face each other, separated by a large quiet patio available to all. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by digicode and allows you to be completely independent. A room to practice yoga or other, bike garage and laundry room are available. From all our guests.

My accommodation is close to the golden triangle (700 m from Place Gambetta), the Mériadeck shopping center, line A of the tram (train station-airport), bike stations... Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will enjoy it! Your place is suitable for business travelers, a couple with 1 child max or 3 adults without children. It is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.

The Arcachon-style chalet

Chalet located close to all amenities (shops,bus,fast food...). Accommodates up to 6 people. The Arcachonese chalet will be a haven of peace to come and discover our region. Located fifteen minutes from the beaches and the Dune du Pilat, this accommodation will satisfy nature lovers (bike paths nearby in the heart of the forests) but also families and groups of friends looking for sensation (leisure parks for young and old located only 5 minutes by car)

Ares/Andernos House 400 m from the beach

Attention swimming pool closed from 11/13 to 12/18. "fisherman's house" in pedestrian residence, wooded park, direct access to the beach, bike paths, walks on the coastal path and beautiful beaches. The house consists of a living room (sofa bed 2 pers), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, plates), bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with table, sun loungers, pets allowed. (sheets and towels not provided)

Guesthouse, terrace & jacuzzi in the heart of the city

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Bed’n Fitness

Live a unique sporting stay in our gym: 80m2 with cardio, strength training and tatami equipment. Our atypical home is in a semi-buried basement, with windows and outdoor access. 500 m from the city center, 35 km from Arcachon, 33 km from the beaches of Biscarrosse, 40 km from Bordeaux... the geographical location allows you a multitude of activities.
