Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and other apps. Private kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils. 1 parking space. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. Pets are not allowed. We speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.

You will be only 3 km from Baraqueçaba Beach, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Our guests can enjoy the common pool area of the condominium.
