This 1920 jewel is located on the edge of the vineyards and yet centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Dürkheim. Shops, train station and the spa park with the saline are in walking distance. A short stroll over the vineyards leads to both the Palatinate Weinsteig and the Palatinate Forest with many hiking and refreshments, ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers .
