The vacation home is located in a natural garden, with a small "beach" and natural pond, on Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (dining/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and can be heated, therefore also highly recommended for the winter.

If you like country life, animals and rubber boots, this is the place for you! The area invites you to cycle, hike and swim in the lake 500m away. There is no shopping in the village. It is heated with the beautiful fireplace. In the guesthouse there is kitchen and bathroom.
