It comes with amenities for staying in and cooking or it’s close enough to various dining options in town. Propane gas grill and outdoor seating. Fully stocked kitchen with gas range and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer. Fairly close to OH Ivie lake where a Texas angler reeled in an 'historic' bass, one of the largest of all time in February 2023!
