The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen is unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Our modernly furnished apartment offers 80 sqm of space for 1 to 4 people and is located in a quiet residential street. Cot/high chair if needed. Extra sleeping option on the couch for 1 person. In addition to the fully equipped bedrooms, the vacation rental (underfloor heating) features a living room, a cozy kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine. In-house parking spaces are available and free of charge.
