Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! This small apartment next to the school and church in Mühlbach is a wonderful starting point for excursions of all kinds in our beautiful area. Nature and tranquility, wine and wine and wine culture – depending on the season and schedule, both the municipality and excursion destinations in the nearby area (e.g. Kamptal, Grafenegg, Eggenburg) plenty to offer. Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the treehouse between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach treehouse comfortably accommodates two people. Another two people can stay on the sofa bed. The property is ideal for a wide variety of excursions: the Wachau, Krems or the Waldviertel. But the capital Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
