You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Eppeltree is a delicately furnished accommodation for nature-loving couples in the Mullerthal hiking region in Luxembourg, 500m from the Mullerthal Trail. Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. Our House: ruim 200m2 woonplezier Rustig gelegen woonhuis aan de rand van Sevenig. Slechts 3 km van het drielandenpunt met Luxemburg en België aan het prachtige Ourdal. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
