Mitten auf dem ostfriesischen Lande steht Ihnen ein 1-Zimmer-Appartment zur Verfügung, welches ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen enthält, aber durch ein vorhandenes Schlafsofa und eine weitere Liege auf 4-5 Personen aufgestockt werden kann. Das Appartment hat einen separaten Eingang. Gerne steht Ihnen das ganze Grundstück für Ihre Erholung zur Verfügung. Auch Ihre großen und kleinen vierbeinigen Lieblinge sind herzlich willkommen! Im Stall steht noch eine Pferde-Box zur Verfügung. Ansonsten gibt es im Sommer ausreichend Platz auf den saftigen Weiden. Auch ein Reitplatz ist vorhanden. Im Appartment befindet sich eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochmöglichkeit und Mikrowelle. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Schön ruhig gelegen. Herrlicher Blick auf die unberührte Natur, Streuobstwiese. Da kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. In der Nähe ist das Gut Altenkamp mit diversen Ausstellungen und Konzerten. Obwohl sich das Apartment in meinem Haus befindet, habt Ihr einen eigenen Eingangsbereich .

Die Dachgeschosswohnung hat mit Ihren 30qm die perfekte Größe um ein paar schöne Tage zu zweit oder auch allein zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und ländlich, am Ortsrand in Sackgassenlage. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bett mit der Größe 160cmx200. Ein Highlight ist die Dusche die direkt mit im Schlafzimmer integriert ist. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel … Alles ist mit dem PKW zwischen 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen

Die Fußgängerzone sowie Sportanlagen mit De Baalje oder der Hafenbereich sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Drogerie) in der Nähe. Die Nähe zur Küste und zum Badesee Tannenhausen sind perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Die Wohnung wurde in 2015/2016 neu ausgebaut und ausgestattet.
