Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The apartment is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or for business travelers and is located on the ground floor of a commercial building. Parking spaces are available right in front of the apartment free of charge.

The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

We are not just a special experience for staying overnight, but something special for families. Experience something very special. Nature, relaxation, sustainability and fun. Sleep in a yurt. Our yurt is 28 square meters and is located on an island in the middle of Thuringia. In a park-like garden with the sound of the Unstrut River. The utility area is located about 10 meters from the yurt. Modern bathroom (toilet, shower and sink), modern kitchen with dining table. There's nothing missing.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The Steigerwald Erfurt (called "Steiger" for short) is located on the opposite side and offers an infinite number of nature and associated hiking trails on around 1,000 hectares. From here you can walk to the city center, all the landmarks of Erfurt, culture, gastronomy, retail and grocery stores. By car you will find free parking along the parking street. The tram (stop Steigerstraße or Milchinselstraße) is a 8-minute walk.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
