You live quietly - in the middle of the countryside - and yet you are just a few steps across the beautiful Schlossplatz in the city center with many small shops and restaurants. The harbor with bicycle and boat rentals, the swimming pool with a large sauna area, one of the most beautiful cinemas in Germany, the walking and cycling paths along the canal and through the surrounding fields and pastures are right on the doorstep.

We are offering this cozily furnished upstairs apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation, as does the garden terrace A small forest with pond is within walking distance and the East Frisian hiking trail is directly adjacent to our farm. Exclusive apartment / loft in the listed customs office in the port of Varel Your holiday apartment is located in the Varel harbour on the Jadebusen / North Sea. It is about 50 steps to the marina. Restaurants, an art and jewellery gallery as well as shops are just a few meters away. Free internet / Wi-Fi and car parking are available. The apartment is located in the attic and is accessible by stairs. Not suitable for disabled guests. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Our house with the apartment is located directly on the Fehn Canal, surrounded by nature. Whether it's bike tours, fishing or day trips such as to the North Sea coast or to Holland - with us you have the ideal starting point for your activities on vacation. Or relax on your own terrace. The Timmeler Meer with its beautiful harbor and beach area as well as the flower town of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are accessible by bicycle.

We have converted part of the barn into a spacious apartment, which is located on the ground floor and has its own access.
