Private, modern ensuite room right in the heart of Cleethorpes, within walking distance of pretty much everything! The room is suitable for 3 people although we could squeeze a small family of 4 if the children share the single bed. St. Peter’s Avenue is a 5 minute walk and Cleethorpes market place is a 6 minute walk. We are situated 0.3 miles from Cleethorpes train station which is a 6 minute walk. The beach is in equal distance to the train station.
“I spent four weeks at Debbie's. There were no problems during my time in her home. It was spotlessly clean. My room had an en suite bathroom which was also spotless. The house is a very short stroll to St Peter's Avenue which has plenty of shops for essentials and other bits and bobs. Try the steak and kidney pie from the Ocean chippy, it puts Holland's to shame. The sea front is a very short walk as well. Would certainly return.”
Situated on the Spurn Heritage Coast a beautiful cottage in the delightful village of Easington, Yorkshire. Spacious comfortable lounge with log burning stove, offering views to the grade one listed church. Modern attractive kitchen diner with all necessary equipment and appliances. Two cosy bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a nice family-sized bathroom. WIFI and gas central heating. At the rear is a lovely long enclosed well-tended garden.
“This really is an outstanding air bnb home. I cannot recommend it enough! It had all that we wanted and much more. So many lovely little touches, we didn’t want for anything more. There really has been a lot of thought gone into this property... Grahame and his wife are superb hosts and very helpful and understanding. The area is lovely peaceful and relaxing with a great local pub although with a cosy open fire we really didn’t want to leave the warm property. We really enjoyed the amount of games on offer (even an xbox) Our dogs absolutely loved their holiday too!! The garden is perfect and enclosed for them with a beautiful beach nearby. I’m already looking at booking again as this is the best place I’ve found for us and the dogs. Thank you Grahame.”
I live in a mid terrace opposite a local park, within walking distance of the beach. 2 double rooms available, neutrally decorated, with drawers for storage. Shared use of lounge, kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and second sitting room. wifi available throughout the house. TV with sky is in main lounge. I am new to the area but find it pleasant and fairly quiet. parking is on street. Im self employed therefore will be in & out throughout the day. Make this your home from home.
“Lynsey is a most welcoming and accommodating host. The room I stayed in was lovely with thoughtful touches, and I could use other areas in the house too. The bed was very comforable and I had a very restful sleep both nights. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, and there is a rather nice park in front. Some shops and the seafront are within walking distance. I had a great stay here and I would definitely recommend Lynsey's place.”
