Fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom. The living room sofa is convertible and you will find a single bed in a small alcove to accommodate a child or teenager. Direct access by tram from the train station in 9 minutes. You will find many restaurants, bars, shops in the neighborhood.
