The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Charming energy-friendly apartment for 4 people with a small enclosed garden. There is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom and toilet with shower. Nearby there are many attractions, beautiful nature as well as Molsbjerge and fantastic beaches and yet close to Aarhus, Ebeltoft, Randers and Grenå. 15 minutes to Djurssommerland. Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.
