It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Feel good and work in a relaxed way on the beautiful Lower Rhine - this is exactly what our house overlooking the horse pasture invites you to do! We live in the rural village of Boisheim with 2000 inhabitants, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. You can feel comfortable here and breathe deeply, relax or work in a concentrated way - just as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a natural garden that invites you to linger.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Forest hut

Lonely forest hut in the middle of nature. The hut can be reached by car. It cannot be reached by public transport. Cozy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought by yourself. The hut has household equipment with a good standard. Access and grounds are natural. All guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect nature conservation are welcome. Instructions and key handover only possible in German. Smoking is not allowed.

Vacation home on the Hagen

The vacation home on the Hagen is a rural small house (part of a two-family house) on a 5,000 sqm park-like property with numerous large trees such as walnut trees and various native fruit trees. It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.

I offer a brand new double room (08/2020) with a small kitchen in the basement of our house. It is accessible via its own outside staircase. An adjoining porch can be used for a sheltered outdoor stay. An opposite farm with its farm shop exudes scenic flair. By the way, you can take in a gorgeous view of the windmill.
